Recipe: Vegetable Soup

This vegetable soups is very helpful in curing PCODs

Ingredients
  

  • Carrot Chopped
  • Raddish Chopped
  • Green Peas
  • Beans Chopped
  • Capsicum Chopped
  • Corriander Leaves Fresh Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 1 glass Water
  • Rcok Salt
  • Black Pepper Crushed
  • Ginger Grated
  • 1 Green Chilly Chopped
  • 1 pinch Turmeric
  • Bayleaf
  • Cumin Seeds

Notes

Method:
  • Simply put a pan on low flame, add one glass of water to it, put rock salt to taste, some freshly crushed black pepper, grated ginger, chopped green chilly, turmeric, bay leaf and cumin seeds, mix the spices well. 
  • Now add fresh seasonal vegetables like carrots, radish, green peas, beans and capsicum.
  • Cover the pan and let them boil for about 10 minutes.
  • That's all, put off the gas, pour it in a bowl, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves, sprinkle some lemon juice and serve hot.
